Volunteer at Run the Parkway, Sacramento’s only running event that 100% benefits the American River Parkway Foundation! We are currently looking for Course Marshals!
Located at the intersections and turns along the race course, Course Marshals are responsible for directing vehicle traffic and runners to ensure safety of all participants and that runners remain on course. Course Marshal volunteers will go directly to their assigned spot and be met by the SRA course team to answer any questions, they do not need to go to Hagan Community Park first.
There are 25 locations where we need one Course Marshal each, if requested we will put two Course Marshals together. After registering, please email volunteer@arpf.org if you want to request a specific location or Co-Course Marshal.
