The Front desk person greets all incoming guests, welcomes them to the gallery. They tell the guests which way to go to see which exhibits, and they answer as many questions about the MACC and the Exhibit as they can. They tell guests about upcoming shows, events and concerts, as well as, making our guests feel warm and welcome in the gallery.
If you are volunteering for a bar or food helper shift for reception or concert you must be 21 years of age. And if you are volunteering for set up shifts for the concert, this shift requires being outside, wear good shoes, and ability to lift and carry medium weight objects such as tables and chairs.
