Volunteer With Fitrah Finds at the Folsom Blvd Flea Market Want to make a difference while gaining valuable experience?
Fitrah Finds operates a retail booth at the Folsom Blvd Flea Market, where every purchase helps fund our vocational training program for youth facing housing instability, foster care involvement, juvenile justice involvement, poverty, and other significant barriers.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us run our outdoor booth and create a welcoming shopping experience for the community.
Great Opportunity for Youth Volunteers! Students can earn volunteer service hours while building leadership, communication, teamwork, customer service, and workplace readiness skills. Volunteering with Fitrah is a great way to strengthen college, scholarship, and job applications while giving back to the community.
Volunteer Responsibilities
• Help set up and organize the booth
• Merchandise clothing, collectibles, jewelry, art, and unique finds
• Welcome and assist shoppers
• Keep displays organized and inviting
• Support sales and customer engagement
• Help pack up and break down the booth
Volunteer Shift Saturdays | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Every sale helps create opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop skills, and create pathways toward independence.
